(720): I have so many mobile devices now, I only use my laptop for porn.

I don’t moisturize and I don’t watch Gossip Girl, but I’m very emotional right now.

There's no way you can know everything about someone. That's what keeps it interesting.

The other night on my grandfather’s yacht, Summer attacked me with her lips. And she swore if I told anyone she’d kill me. She’s got an interesting take on romance.

Summer: I just can't help it.

Seth: Uh huh...

Summer: And I certainly can't explain it. You didn't tell anyone?

Seth: Uh no, of course not.

Summer: 'Cause I'll kill you.

Seth: Oh, I believe you.

I finally watched Twilight with my guy friends. This is my favorite scene. The acting is horrible— I was so close to stop watching it in the first 20 minutes. Thank god I didn’t, but Edward Cullen is hot hot hot.

I seem to always go for the bad guys.

Do opposites attract? Over sangria and way too many drinks my friends and I got into a heated discussion about this. It was, however, Nick who brought up The O.C.’s Seth and Summer for his argument. Now, I used to debate in high school LOVE ADAM BRODY so this was well taken.
In high school, I was obsessed with Seth and Summer and thought that their dynamic was amazing. Seth’s the sarcastic dork; Summer’s the popular beauty. They keep each other on their toes and well, somehow make it work. Our discussion led to whether couples are more compatible if they clash a little more versus if they share the same exact interests and personality?
I used to only like and date guys who had the same personality to my guy friends. You know… the gorgeous a little cocky asshole. Maybe it’s because it was what I was used to… and we tend to stick to the familiar? However, in my sophomore year at Lehigh I had the biggest crush on a guy who thought I was hot, but… partied way too much. (Or so my friends said.) Sure, I was a wild child, but I was only having fun.
He was really shy and a completely different person I usually went for. One of my friends actually said that he was ugly and I could “do better.” But, I don’t know. I liked him. It was probably because I would only see him at frat parties and well, I was usually trashed, so who knows. But, suffice to say, we never went out or anything like that.
But, I think it was the mystery of it all. I couldn’t figure him out and well, maybe it was just that.
So 20 years and I’ve managed to date the same person- cocky douche bags. One of my friends asked me why I didn’t date this other guy that I’ve been recently seeing and I simply replied, “We’re too different.” And she said, “that might not be a bad thing.”
People break up for a reason. If it was perfect and there were no problems, then you wouldn’t break up. You know?
Maybe there is a lesson in this for me.
